Maya Gallery is proud to present our upcoming exhibition, Homeland, showcasing contemporary landscape artworks that depict the concept of "home" and the idea of belonging.
The exhibition will feature a diverse range of artworks created by talented artists from Singapore and around the world, selected from an open call announced last May. The artworks featured in the exhibition convey a range of emotions, from nostalgia to a sense of displacement, and are imbued with a sense of place and belonging.
Through Homeland, the artists showcase their unique perspectives on the theme of home, reflecting the diversity of cultures and experiences of people around the world. The exhibition encourages viewers to think beyond the physical space they inhabit and consider the emotional and psychological connections they have to the places they call home.
Congratulations to the selected Artists!
